I built this site to give my work a home outside of email threads and SharePoint folders.

There are three sections:

• About — what I do and how I work.
• Writing — notes from the work. Patterns I keep reaching for, mistakes I keep making, things that finally clicked.
• Projects — prototypes and case studies. The interesting ones get a deep write-up; the rest get a card.

I'm an HR data analyst and Power BI developer. Most of what I'll write about lives at the intersection of those two worlds — people analytics, DAX patterns, data modelling for HR, and the quiet craft of making numbers people will actually act on.

A few things on the runway:
