I spend my days building dashboards, modelling people data, and asking awkward questions about why a number looks the way it does. My background sits across HR operations and BI development - so I speak both languages: the policy and process side, and the DAX and data-model side.

What I'm best at: taking a messy reporting problem - levy utilisation, headcount tracking, attrition signals, training spend - and turning it into a clean, defensible model someone can actually run a quarterly review on.

Outside of work I write about the craft of doing this well: data models that survive contact with reality, DAX patterns that don't break, and the human side of getting HR teams to trust their own numbers.
