Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send the item back unused within 14 days after that for a full refund of the price and standard delivery. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we cover it.

How to return: email us using the address on our Contact page with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can make sure your return reaches the right place.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item: tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back, or of you giving proof that you sent it.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
